First login as local Administrator
After your logged in hit Windows + R
In the Open: box type sysdm.cpl
After this loads hit the Advanced tab at the top
Next click Settings in the User Profiles box
After this point you can select any user with a large size profile and delete it.
I will generally try not to delete the persons profile I’m on the phone with.
Start with the biggest GB size profiles and work your way down.
Last Step: Restart the computer and have the user log back in.
